Miam Miam - A healthy choice? Or not?

It was dinner time, for two pretty ladies to comfort their tummy after getting some for their beauty and skin by CRES Wellness.

That's ladies, a lot of things are necessary. XD

So now, our tummy's turn.

I guess she must be super hungry at that point, actually I was too. >.<

IAM A Million Little Things

Lately, I was invited by a best friend to attend a talk show, so to say very life-inspiring.

My first thought was, it's a right timing! I truly need some inspiration to get a breakthrough from my valley. 

Well, life can never be prefect, always full with peaks and valleys.

And so, this talk show was like a booster to me, I's totally impressed with its impact on me.

Health includes both physical and mental, as well as emotional health.

Having said that, inspiration talk is the nutrition to our mind and soul. 

Here I was, didn't break my promise to myself, for "A Million Little Things".

台北豚骨拉面 Ramen Nagi Taiwan

台北本就是个‘邪恶城市’，太多诱惑了。物廉价美，而且到处都是美食。

其中一个就是拉面啦！

今天介绍这家就是这间源自于日本的豚骨拉面Nagi凪。

话说这间美味拉面店是由日本大厨兼老板的生田先生，以对拉面的热爱创办了这间豚骨拉面Nagi凪。（豚骨也就是猪骨头！）

他的不断创新让他在2006 至 2013 年期间赢得了不少拉面比赛的常胜军！

除了日本和台湾（台北和台中），在印尼和菲律宾也各开了一家。

在排长龙的期间，来个wefie吧！

大概一个小时左右，真的排好久，辛苦旁边我的这位姐妹了哦！

而且，都必须搭桌子，可见得真的是超多人的!

这家拉面最大的特色是，客人是可以自己自由组合自己喜爱的拉面口味。

每一碗拉面几乎都是独一无二的。到底是怎么办到的？

嘻嘻，趁着某人不注意的时候偷拍的。

连驾车都真么认真，果然，认真的男人最帅！XP XP

最后的决定是点心啦！因为好久好久没吃了。。。

那“点心”这两个字是有它的故事的，点心点心，说的是“点点心意”。

这“点点心意”源自于中国古代历史。

据说呢是一位大将军下令以满满的心意烘制美味可口的糕点来慰劳将军士兵们的英勇杀敌。

这，就是点心的来源。

好啦，故事说完了，把时间点拉近一点吧！

俗话说：早起的鸟儿有虫吃。你看，已经很热闹了！

要吃点心，就必须得早起。

一个桌子，摆着几个椅子，坐上几位朋友或家人。

叫上一壶好茶，右手拿着一杯醇茶，左手摊开报纸。

一面享受茶香，一面阅读报章。。。

这就是广东人所谓的'饮早茶’。
