Looking at the news lately about how typhoon had caused a serious damage to Macau, 

I felt complicated. 

Other than feeling sad and sympathy for what happened in Macau, 

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to travel to Macau last April, 

to witness the beauty of this city before the catastrophe strike in. 

I hope and pray for the city and people for a full recovery soon.

Having said about this trip, it was indeed a CRAZY ONE!

As we only managed to spend 4 HOURS!

YES, YOU DID NOT GET IT WRONG!

ONLY 4 HOURS, before I could merely made it for a dinner, 

an occasion where I met Moses Chan and Amy Chan!😍

【旅遊開心事|My Travel Log】Homestay Ipoh Octagon - AWESOME stay with INFINITY POOL!

  My birthday this year was a bit special, decided to give myself a short getaway instead of staying in hometown.  

I chose to travel to Ipoh for a relaxed staycation. 

When I was pretty headache about the accommodation, I chose to go for AirBnb 

(lately became my favourite website for vacation 😊). 

And, guess what? I found a homestay that really gives me what I want for staycation!

A homey place for a relaxed trip with pool and bathtub!

And the interior design seriously impressed me!

Hunting for Food @ Hong Kong - First timer like me!!

There were a few funny moments when I knew I had a chance to visit Hong Kong in April,

one of them was to ask people around me: What are the must eat FOOD??

Yes!! It's FOOD! You did not get me wrong. 

As I was not too familiar with Hong Kong food culture, despite the fact of me being a TVB fans.😆

I remember the most epic answer I got from my colleague was:

EVERYTHING IS TASTY!

And, I was like, ARE YOU SERIOUS??? (was feeling doubtful~😏)

生酮飲食法（Ketogenic Diet): 背後的爭議

近來在臺灣有一隻影片頗具爭議，題材圍繞在第二型糖尿病和生酮飲食之間的關係。

影片中說生酮飲食可以有效幫助第二型糖尿病患者改善血糖指數，

而且還是由一名臺灣醫師親身示範。

這個影片惹來專業營養師們的轟炸，覺得這影片斷章取義，

甚至沒有立場去分析當中的利害關係，

而且並沒有專業去支持這理論。
更甚的是說“指引是爲了保全醫療團隊的安全”，非常不專業。
所謂的指引都是靠長年纍積的科學數據、專業的醫療團隊、嚴苛的同行評審，
以人體健康為大前提，得出來的結論。

Hello, readers~~~

My apology of getting this up later than I expected. 

As soon as I ended blogging on last Taiwan trip (which I hope I can fly soon~~😭), 

I decided to share with you a new country that I had visited for the first time. 

👏Welcome to Hong Kong👏~~

Well, it was definitely my first trip to Hong Kong (except transiting to Taiwan😫, I miss my trip).

It was a trip arranged a week ahead, hence I did not do much research and stuff. 

The impression that I had was that hotel rooms in Hong Kong are usually small and squeezy, 

due to the fact that HK has limited land.

Well, surprisingly, the accommodation was AWESOME!😍

我聽得最多的莫過於”喝椰油“來保持口腔健康、

我通常都會回答，都好玩啊！呵呵😆

其實除了臺北，另一個我蠻推薦的就是宜蘭了，

因爲它離臺北不遠，卻跟臺北有很大的反差。

宜蘭給人感覺悠閑、自在，不同城市緊凑的生活壓迫感。

一路從臺北到宜蘭或者從宜蘭到臺北走東北角路綫，都有著很多值得爲之停下脚步的地點。

這一篇，讓我們一路向北，發掘不一樣的景色。
