【食在營養】健康年夜飯之火鍋篇 Healthy Reunion Dinner - Steamboat 【內附影片/Video attached】

首先呢,先跟大家來拜個年!
帶著我們的小豬男、小豬女來祝大家在新的一年裡面,新年快樂、萬事如意。
最重要呢就是身體健康,然後諸事順利!

那先問問大家嘍,在慶祝農曆新年的時候,最重要的一餐是哪一餐呢?來說說看!
對啦,那就是我們最重要的團聚-年夜飯,因為這年夜飯是和我們最親愛的家人一起吃的。
那一般上,在年夜飯的時候最常見的就是大魚大肉。
那問題就來嘍,大魚大肉感覺不是很健康喔!
那有什麼非常體面然後又可以恰恰融合在年夜飯裡的蔬菜、蔬果可以介紹嗎?
與其一一說明,不如我就帶大家去一趟菜市場,看看我怎麼準備我的年夜火鍋!

With our little pig boy and girl here, I wish you all a Happy New Year and good luck in everything. The most important thing is to be healthy, and life goes well!
Now, let me ask you, what is the most important meal when it comes to Lunar New Year? 
Yes, that is the Reunion Dinner during New Year's Eve, because it is meant for us to spend time with our beloved family!
In general, the most common foods that appear in the Reunion Dinner are the fish, seafood and meats. Here comes a concern, these food doesn’t sound very healthy in general. 
Are there any vegetables and fruits that are very decent and can be easily introduced to our reunion dinner?
Instead of introducing every single one here, I would like to take all of you to the wet market and find out how I prepare my health steamboat for Reunion Dinner!
